Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rachel Trail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our policy.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact and returned along with the product.

  • You notify us about the return within the 7-day window.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if your returned item meets the criteria outlined above. Please note:

  • Cash refunds will be provided at the time of delivery pickup for returned products.

  • If the delivery person picks up the item at your location, the refund will be given in cash, based on the returned item’s condition.

Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items that are customized or personalized.

  • Perishable goods, such as food or items that require special handling.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, you will not be required to pay for return shipping, but this depends on the nature of the return. If a mistake occurred on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you choose to return an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
